We take a proactive approach to construction management to deliver projects to clients with less risk, faster schedules, lower cost, and better quality. Our team has extensive experience as a CM-at-Risk Construction Manager.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Our company is built on the relationships we have formed with our many repeat clients, subcontractors, and suppliers over the years. We run our business with integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
ESTIMATING
Our estimating team is experienced in budget development at any project stage. In the early stages of project design we create accurate cost estimates that allow clients to understand the impact of design decisions from the start. We make a commitment to our clients that we have reviewed the project for the most economical means and methods of construction with every estimate.
FEASIBILITY
Frequently our clients need to understand the feasibility of a project while it’s still in the conceptual stages. We bring to the table a wealth of knowledge and planning skills to determine if a project is viable based on location, permitting, financing, schedule, and risk assessment. We also assist clients with property acquisition and capital improvement campaigns.
CARPENTRY
We have a crew of skilled carpenters in-house who are committed to quality and detail. Our project superintendents are union-trained carpenters with many years of experience.

Lawler Construction is a commercial construction company in Cleveland, Ohio. Established in 2006, the twelve-person team completes projects throughout Northeast Ohio. Under leadership of founder Jim Lawler, Lawler Construction provides construction services for many types of projects with a particular specialty in grocery stores and educational buildings.
We value the relationships formed with our many repeat clients over the years. We work collaboratively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to consistently deliver successful projects. Lawler Construction continues to serve existing clients and is once again growing and reaching out to new markets where our skills can be best applied.
