Employee Spotlight: Luke Buckley

We’re pleased to announce that Luke Buckley joined Lawler Construction in July 2026 as a Project & Estimating Assistant. Luke recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Engineering and Construction Management.

Prior to joining Lawler, Luke owned and operated a landscaping business where he managed client relationships, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations across multiple projects. That experience gave him early exposure to project planning, coordination, client communication, and the responsibility that comes with managing work from beginning to end.

Luke also brings experience in logistics coordination and customer-facing sales, along with coursework in field surveying and AutoCAD site development. He will be supporting both estimating and project management efforts as he learns our systems and continues developing within the company.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys fitness and traveling. Glacier National Park, Japan, and Iceland are currently on his list.
